Federal Judge Harry Pregerson has presided over the Century Freeway
Keith v. Volpe lawsuit, and the subsequent consent decree
that created the Century Freeway Housing Program, since 1972.
A resident of Woodland Hills, California, the Judge was first
appointed to the Federal bench by President Lyndon Johnson and
was appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit,
by President Jimmy Carter. |
