
Kim Ferraro

As Executive Director of More Than Shelter®, Ms. Ferraro is responsible for raising operating and capital funds to perpetuate the much-needed social service programs launched by Century Housing throughout Southern California. Prior to joining More Than Shelter, Kim served as Vice President of Development and Community Affairs for the Weingart Center, a homeless rehabilitation facility on Skid Row in Los Angeles. Before that, she held similar positions with Goodwill Southern California, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. She also served as protocol and special events manager for the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee as well as marketing director for a sports marketing company in San Diego.
Ms. Ferraro received her undergraduate degree in liberal studies and earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, both from Antioch University. |

Ms. Bailey has more than 18 years of work experience in the development and implementation of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action contract compliance programs, with a strong focus on contract and labor and wage compliance. She is a Certified Contract Compliance Administrator.
Ms. Bailey is the Manager of Equal Opportunity Development, monitoring adherence to established minority and women business enterprise goals and minority and female employment goals on Century financed developments. Ms. Bailey is also serving as the Program Director of the Century Community Training Program, an affiliate of Century Housing. She is responsible for directing daily program operations of the state certified construction pre-apprenticeship training program that has trained more than 1,000 men and women and placed 75% in construction jobs.
Ms. Bailey continues to manage a U.S. Department of Labor, Womens Bureau grant, by providing technical assistance to labor unions, apprenticeship programs and construction contractors that facilitate the hiring and retention of women in the construction industry. |
